I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health treatment and support regardless of their financial situation or background. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale/ reduced fees. I’m committed to supporting clients who experience financial hardship, identify as BIPOC and or Queer by offering one of my reduced rates. Insurance
I accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP) through fee for service with OHP’s CCO CareOregon/HealthShare. You can find information about your CCO on the back of your OHP card.
Good Faith Estimates
What is it?
A Good Faith Estimate is for people:
Not enrolled in an insurance plan/coverage or a Federal Healthcare program
Not planning to file a claim with their current plan or coverage
Plan to pay out of pocket for services
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost from your provider.
Why is this important?
If you receive a bill that is $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For more information, you can visit: No Surprises
